Return & Refund Policy

Once you have placed your order, we will dispatch it for production and then delivery

When you receive your delivery, please check your order carefully before signing the delivery note. Your products should be delivered to you in perfect condition. You have the right to refuse the items if they show any signs of damage.

Deliveries are made within a duration of One month after you place your order, if the production schedule allow it. As each Bioposture product goes through different tests to insure CertiPUR-US and ISO 3386 Standards

We use an external transportation service for our deliveries. If your order is delayed or incomplete, kindly contact us and we will correct this as a matter of urgency. will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE

Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.



While placing your order, please make sure the dimensions you choose are correct. It is recommended you measure your bed frame to avoid any disappointment

We do not accept returns in case your mattress does not match your bed frame

Once an order is placed, it can only be canceled on the same day of the order. No cancelation will be accepted afterward as all mattresses are made to order, and we do not keep stock 

Returned goods on delivery will be taken back by the same delivery team (in case the goods are damaged).

The full details for every product are mentioned in the description of that product. Please make sure you choose the right product with the right specifications for the best of your comfort, as the mattresses are made to order, hence we do not accept returns for other reasons than the goods being damaged on delivery

Refunds will be processes only through the original mode of payment. Please refer to warranty card of your product for further details.
