DELIVERY, INSTALLATION, CANCELLATION, AND RETURN POLICY

1. Delivery Policy

BIOPOSTURE MATTRESSES TRADING LLC aims to deliver any product purchased through E-Commerce website through the following guidelines:

After the customer place an order online and gets invoice for it, our customer service agent will call the customer to schedule the date and time of delivery. In case the customer wants to reschedule delivery date, customer has to inform Bioposture Mattresses Trading LLC through customer service 2 days prior to scheduled delivery. Delivery date will be rescheduled as per next available slot,

After placing order, Bioposture Mattresses Trading will deliver its custom made highly precise products within a month.

Without prejudice to the above, customers acknowledge that delivery times could differ from its original and become prolonged due to uncontrollable events or incidents. Bioposture Mattresses Trading will notify the customers of any such delay and will communicate with the customer about next delivery slot,

To ensure on time delivery, customer has to provide accurate address details for which customer shall be solely responsible, and Bioposture Mattresses Trading shall not be responsible for any misplacement of the product, late or incorrect delivery if it is due to inaccurate or false information received from customer.

Risk of loss and title for the products purchased online from Al Huzaifa shall be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery of the purchased product to the customer.

A meticulous examination of the delivered product is compulsory before signing the receipt by the customer

It will be deemed that the customer duly received the ordered product(s), properly examined and acknowledged that it is/they are in its perfect condition and that they are free of undisclosed or visible faults

2. Delivery Charges

Customers can be charged for delivery as follow;

Customer order with a net amount equal to AED 5,000/- or above will have delivery free of cost to the following areas, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, RAS Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Khorfakkan.

Customer orders with a net amount below AED 5,000/- will be charged AED 200/- for delivery to Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, and AED 400/- for customer orders to Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Khorfakkan, and Ras Al Khaimah

For West Areas: Bu Hasa, Al Ruwais, Al Hamra, Asab, Al Khis, AL Wagan, Madinat Zayed AL Sila, a fixed amount of AED 800 shall be chargeable as delivery fees, if the total amount of the bill is under 25,000 AED and delivery will be free of cost for any order above AED 20,000/-.

3. Cancellation Policy, Return Policy & Refund Policy

Order cancellation before dispatch & delivery;

Before dispatch and delivery of online orders, customers are allowed to cancel their orders,

For cancelled orders before dispatch and delivery, refunds shall go through same card refund used for making purchase payment. Refund process will take up to 7-10 working days and a cancellation charges 2% of the purchase value shall be applied.

Refunds depends on customers respective back’s policy. Bioposture Mattresses Trading shall not be liable for any delays more then 10 working days of the cancellation requests.

Cancellation after dispatch of the order

Bioposture Mattresses Trading provides 1-year warranty in case of any manufacturing defects.

For any other reason of cancellation and return, customers can cancel after inspection of product upon delivery and request for refund, Bioposture Mattresses Trading will not accept returns/refunds due to any other reasons after delivery of the product.

All returned product(s) shall remain in its original condition, no damage or usage caused. Bioposture Mattresses Trading reserves the right to inspect the product(s) before accepting any returns.

Refunds will be processed through card refund to the same card of customer used for purchase payments, in the event Bioposture Mattresses Trading accepts the product in its genuine packaging and unused. The payment refund will take upto 7-10 days and a 2% charge of the net purchase value. The refund duration depends on customer’s respective bank policy, and Bioposture Mattresses Trading will not be liable for any delays in refund.

4. General Guidelines

Bioposture Mattresses Trading provides Click and Collect option, by this the customer can order a product online and collect it from the following showroom. (Abu Dhabi), The customer service agent will get in touch with the customer upon order completion and ready for collection.

Bioposture Mattresses Trading does not provide Cash on Delivery (COD) for any product(s).

Bioposture Mattresses Trading can support you in storing your shopped products for 30 days free of cost from the date of invoice.

Bioposture Mattresses Trading products are covered with One Year warranty for any manufacturer defects.

5. Customer Complaints

Customer Service agent will revert in same working day to any customer complaint by email at support@biopostureme.com or through customer service number (+971) 2 245 6800.
